IMPLUVIUM

The Impluvium kitchen was created thinking of the water collection basins in ancient Roman homes, the cornerstone of classical architectural concepts and paradigm of the aesthetics-functionality combo. In the same way, Impluvium is a kitchen that combines sculptural charm and ease of use. The slanted edges on all sides of the top surface create a sort of tray that can contain water and serve as handles for opening the doors from the top. This dual function is the main characteristic of the design which, in its elegant monumentality, devoid of all decorative frills, fully celebrates the natural beauty of the stone.

The absence of horizontal cuts is a distinctive feature of our Impluvium Kitchen, even thanks to the door handle obtained from the worktop inclination. In that way, the island is a travertine block, where the doors are clearly visible only once opened and veins continue on the whole kitchen perimeter.
